Okay, On my schedule I, I used my actual income from work and the average of what I've gotten per month over the last 6 months for my child support....(it should be much higher, but that hasn't been the case to date)
On my schedule J, I used pretty much actual figures from my MSMoney over the last 6 months to note what my expenses are. I actually had to lower some of them, because I was living off of payday loans and check advances and spending quite a bit more each month.
I am left with a $28 surplus each month using these figures. Now, one of the expenses I'm using is the $90 student loan payment. Is that something that anyone else used as one of your expenses? I know it is suspended during BK, but after discharge, it'll be an expense that has to be paid. If I don't have it listed I'll have a $118 a month surplus.
My unsecured debt is about $27.6K, including almost $10K of student loans.(non dischargeable) So figure $17.6K. 25% of that is $4.4K.
If they don't include that loan payment, will I be looking at a ch. 13 conversion? Anyone BTDT?
