If you need to get your credit counseling certificate so you can file to stop the court action, then get going!!! Do an approved one for your state online - http://www.usdoj.gov/ust/eo/bapcpa/ccde/cc_approved.htm . You can usually get the certificate sent to your lawyer very quickly.I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
