In reading my papers it states...What does it mean exactly?

I am surrendering 2 properties. In the bk papers its states that I must surrender the property in 30 days from file date. Do I have to physically give them keys to the homes? I know they have to go thru the foreclosure process but do I have to hand them the keys or can I actually use my properties until it actually forecloses. They are in FL so the process can actually take 5-6 mos.

You can use the property until foreclosure.
