    Anyone know of any ex-trustee BK attorneys in the Phoenix area?

    Really would like a ex-trustee bk attorney in the Phoenix, AZ area.. If anyone here knows of one please drop me a line!!! Thanks!!!

    I believe most private practice attorneys who are also trustees choose to stay trustees once they are given the job.

    Our lawyer has been a trustee since 1982.

    It is a pretty good part-time gig, and unless you really screw-up, you can't be fired.

    And I'm not sure I'd want a lawyer who was fired as a trustee.

    Just my 2 cents.
