My BK been discharged for 1 year now...at the time i did not reaffirm my vehicle but continue to pay on it...i no longer wish to pay on it because i'm upside down on it...i haven't paid it for 2 months and receive a letter from the finance company stating that i MAY be held liable for the difference. the vehicle is worth 12000 but still owe 17000....if i stop paying on it and the finance company come and get it, will i still be responsible for the difference once they sold it....
