I think I know the answer to this question but thought I would ask to see if there was some thing i was over looking or a different way to file BK.
I had gotten 30K in cc debt prior to getting married for a failed business(not a LLC). My wife is not on any of the cc. I 'm now unemployed. So, I have to use her income on the means test? right.
