I am a writer for Business Week Magazine. I am doing research on credit-card companies offering consumers new credit cards when they come out of bankruptcy under the condition that they reaffirm credit-card debts discharged in bankruptcy. So, for example, if you had $300 in credit-card debt that was discharged in a Chapter 7 or 13, the consumer would agree to put that $300 on the balance of a new card. I am looking for consumers this may have happened to. Please contact me at [deleted] or please feel free to call me at [deleted]
