Trust Deed

Does anyone know where to get this? My attorney says we need to bring our trust deeds for the 341. I belive I found one on my original loan docs when i bought my house. Should I have one for the Home Equity?? Can I get copies from the city? Has anyone else heard of this? Have been asking attorney fro three days with no response and if it takes a long time to obtain docs I would like to know as soon as possible.

County courthouse. Call the register of deeds and they will be happy to help. There might be a small fee for getting a copy. The original loan doc don't have the recorded deed. Make sure you tell them you have both a mortgage and a heloc, cause there would be at least 2 different deeds...right now I can't tell you what they are called. But I bought my house and then refied with same lender and got a heloc so I ended up with 3 document. Hope that helps.
