    man! it just keeps coming and coming!!!

    well everyone get ready to hear some hards times..
    so lets start off the year of 08 with lets see, oh got a used car b/c my new 07 got repo. and i happened to f.up my used car by going over a curb ..hey it was snowing about an 2 inches of snow had to go pick up some new year drunks, well i looked like a drunk stuck on curb next to a redi-med sign a couple more feet and i would of hit that..

    ok ok lets get to it..so used car...out. fixing price 900$ WTF!!!!
    i go get another used car at a buy here pay here nice people..well
    i found out last night that we were getting LAID OFF OF WORK,..WTF!!!! so now i dont think i can pay for the car..and i just paid ny bi-weekly payment of 130 on thursday...WTF!!! man ..

    ******alright i have filed bk yet but im thinking about telling the dealer that "dude, i just got laid off and i dont know when will go back i wont be able pay for this car" so here are the keys.*****

    this will really hurt me, do u think i can do this , i hear bhph dont report to credit bureaus,,,

    what should i do the car is like 5k if i just fix my other car for 900
    everything should be good

    Sorry to hear you got laid off. In this ecomony it seems like it is happening to everyone. You will be entitled to unemployment so that will give you some income in the interim until you can find another position. As to your vehicle, you will need to determine what you can do with any income you receive from unemployment or if you are able to secure another position in the next few weeks to help you make that decision. You don't list all your other debts or any other information (if you have any savings, etc.) so you will need to determine what you can do in the interim as to whatever available cash or income you have on hand until you can find employment or feel you need to investigate filing BK. It's tough out there and I wish you the best of luck...
