I was out of work for the last year of our ch. 13. We were behind in our pmts. to the trustee, but were able to catch up in time to avoid dismissal, and have since successfully completed and discharged. QUESTION: Can the mort. holder report the late pmts. from the trustee during this time to the credit bureaus?
