My question, my wife and I both get a vehicle exemption right? But if both vehicles are in my name do we still get to use her exemption? I know, probably a goofy question but I'm just starting to research BK and feel totaly lost at this point. This is an awesome site and I have already learned alot here in the past couple of days.

yes, I believe you can use exemptions for both cars, as long as there are 2 drivers in the family, regardless of whose name is on them.Filed CH 13 September 17, 2007
