    frustration

my frustration leval has peaked over the top now, remember previous postings had contacted attorney re financail sitution on a current 36 month chapter 13 at %560.00 month, no asset case living on social security and small meager pension, medical expenses killing me, cataract surgery, dental expenses, etc attorney back in late december said he would convert to chapter 7, have not heard a word from him, have called, e mials, letters, just doent answer my requests other than having told me not to send februarys payment to trustee, now another month has pased and i am concerned that trustee will dismiss my 13 completely and then will be back being hounded by creditors, what to do what to do

I was going to post what I would do, but I didn't want to get flamed. Just posting so that you can see people are reading.

If you're interesting in knowing, I will post, but it won't be something you'd want to hear anyway. I didn't want people to think I was being a troll or a wise-ass.

I would fire him. Make him file a motion to withdraw as your counsel, and then, I would file the motion to convert myself. I actually did that, and was better off for it. I had an attoney that only wanted her money, and got us into a plan we couldn't afford, and she knew it. You are the only one who can look out for you.

I feel your pain, and good luck...we're here to support you!

        I second that. Fire him.

After reading another post from a moderator, I will not be posting my original response as it is it would be debt avoidance and that's not what this forum is about.
