    Newbie to the site

Hello. I'm new to the site. It took me forever to finally file my BK-7 (it was filed on June 28). I'm still a little nervous about the whole thing, but it was something that had to be done. I hope everything works out. I've been checking this site out and reading through the posts for about a week now. I'm glad I finally got the 'nerve' up to join. I have learned some really good information through viewing/reading the threads.

I am not a newbie but I do have a question....For those of you who have read my latest post our hope to be sometime this century discharge, you know we are facing our U.S. Trustee on August 3 to "verify our Chapter 7 filing." We have had to submit all kinds of information by July 29. The trustee on the 59 day filed a motion to extend and then came the proverbial list. I am researching and making copies but also wondering if this is an exercise in futility? Is it likely that the trustee would have already voted to convert us to a 13 if they intended to? We dont have ANY assets so their issue has to be disposable income which we have very little. We have already given them bank statement, pay stubs, bills of sale for cars, mortgage, tuitition, etc., Now they are going back in time to get more bank statements and/or investments, etc. of which we dont have. I have to see this through obviously but I am wondering if it is just for show and they have no intention of granting us relief. Any ideas? My attorney thinks it is no big deal - he has done it a few times...dont know if he won or not but again it isnt happening to him. Thanks.
