approximately how far back will a trustee ask you, if you cashed anything, or came into money, or liquidated anything, or anything similar to that? 1 year? two years?

The Statement of financial affairs (which is part of the petition) has a question relating to that and it asks for 1 year.
However, instead of asking a vague question, what specifically are you worried about, what happened in the last year to make you ask that question?Last edited by HHM; 07-02-2005, 09:18 AM. -
