Tax refund...when to file bk

I finally have about enough money to file bk. I had planned on getting it started next week. However, how will this affect my tax refund? I'm supposed to be getting around $900 back. Should I wait to file bk until I get the refund? I was hoping to use at least part of the refund to file. Thanks for any input.

Wait until you get the refund before filing. Legal fees are an acceptable use of the money.
