    After BK paperwork

I have a question. 2 years ago our BK was discharged. However, we never got any paperwork stating such. We have no proof from the courts, no papers saying what was filed on. We're trying to buy a house. Didn't know that we were even supposed to get this paperwork. Our attorney never told us, and isn't returning calls. Any advice on how to get copies?

    Yes, you have 2 options

    1. Get a PACER account, follow the instrutions and download the required paperwork
    http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/ (there is a charge)

    2. Go down the BK court where you case was filed, go to the clerks office, and request copies.

I called the court and they're mailing it for free.
