terminology used on ch 13 network

Is there anyone out there who knows of a site you could go to to find out what some of the language terminology used on the web site means specifically the "case status" terms. We have asked our lawyer he wasn't sure sent a email off to trustee office she replied back your client doesn't seem to know the process even though we've tried to explain in terms they would understand ! Please explain to them . He wouldn't have written to you if he knew & You have never explained the question we asked! Sorry to vent, very frustrated with the lack of answers you get from anyone in this entire process.Awaiting discharge papers 4 1/2 months after final payment . still not all monies dispursed to creditors.Thanks you are the only helpful people in this entire over 3 yr process

Our trustee is on 13Network.com and I'm looking at our account right now. Where do you see "Case Status"?

On our Summary page I see Close Status (ours says Active). On the Dates page I see Date Closed with our last payment date in 2011 there. I assume you are trying to see why your case hasn't discharged yet and what the status is - are these what you are looking for?

It sounds like yours is different than ours we are in PGH pa On the first page it says Case status in top left ours used to say active then went to awaiting trustee report now says requires review computer generated code. It also has this same code on the status page under current status . I also have never seen a date page that says when your last payment is scheduled.Things must be different from trustee to trustee. It just feels like they are dragging it out. why couldn't all payments be made the same month they had never sent any payments the whole three years till last month then sent all 75% we are paying back to them in one lump sum .All but 2 who didn't get anyting last month. theres have a flag saying reserve 1 .
