    Don't do it. First - you are planning on filing and it's fraud. You are insolvant - the cc could object based on that. Second - you will just continue having to delay the process.

      danf thanks for the responce.but wont they declare i was insolvent at the previous advances also?wife had 20k advances when wasnt working and still not.last one she had was 05-07 also i had 10k back in 09-08 while i am on unemployment.

          ok thanks.Seeing I have cobra insurance for wife only which I couldnt afford but thats being pd out of the previous cash advances.I cant just drop it because of med issues and it basically pays for itself with the prescriptions that she has.Not only that if I did drop it then the next insurance hopefully I get when get a job wont be able to say she hasnt been fully covered.Thank God I have been preety healthy as a family plan insurance was gona be about 1500 a month for the cobra where this is around 400.

            IMO stands for In My Opinion.

            You miss the point.
            The hole is deep enough. Time to stop digging and get some sort of job to at least handle the grocery bill.
            This drawn out plan just delays the inevitable. No matter how you slice it, at some point you have to be able to support yourself.

              Thanks for the info I know you both are right on the advice.So once I and her hopefully get some work lined up where we can make basic ends meet what would you recommend for a time frame filing again thanks
