i have a dead line on a judgement today and not sure how i should write it to there answered.i will probaly file a 7 but i not had the time to search and i read someone where on here about garnishes on bank accounts. i get ssi for my niece where her mom died and my son can they touch there resources? help please t-you

What happened?

We had judgments, but didn't appear since we didn't dispute that we owed.
We did file chapter 7 before the periodic payment hearings though. One hearing is already scheduled, but I hope they withdraw now that they've been notified.

Well the hearing was still on schedule even though the court received the paperwork, so the clerk couldn't advise whether he should appear or not. They said it was his decision.... so he went just to be sure.
