    Judgement issue

    Hi everybody,

I'm filing a chapter 7 on the 15th, but I had a judgement from American General Finance loan office a few months back and I've paid them 100 a month since the time of the judgement. My question is... do I have to keep paying them? or should I stop.

I've included the judgement on my creditor list, so what should I do next? Please guide me to the right direction.

    Thanks

Have your attorney get in contact with the creditor!

      any more ideas?

      Thanks

well, a few month ago i couldnt make the monthly payment. So they sued me. I didn't show up, and by default... they won the case. Then I made payment arrangement of $100.00 per month... and now i'm filing a chapter 7.

The loan amount is only $3400.00. Thats what I owed them.
