previously posted details of my situation, back in december contacted atttorney discussed my medical situation and expenses, well below medium, no assets involved age 74, attorney advised that he would file motion to convert, keeps on e mailing me when i e mail him questions as to when, keeps on saying motion will be filed shortly its now been almost 4 months, he did advise not to send 13 payments, letter received by trustee advising that i was in arrears 3 payments and case would be dismiised if not brought current by tomorrow may 9, advised attorney said he would contact trustee, thjis is a large bankruptcy firm, i have saved all e mails from him with his distruths, if my 13 is dismiised what recourse would i have against the attorney, i might add that phone calls are never returned the opnly communication i have with his office is via e mails
