Question In process of means test

I am in the process of the means test and I never added the money that I use to take care of my elderly mother. I pay for her cell phone and food and sometimes clothing should I have added this to the forms or does this count? I did put the cell phone bill on the forms because mine and hers are together on my bill - the phone is in my name.
She is 74 and she needs to be able to reach me or someone if an emergency. I am still in midstream with the process and the paralegal is taking care of filing and I'm suppose to respond by 5/27 with some updates on all those forms for finances etc...so if anyone can help with the following I would deeply appreciate it.
    1) means test funds for taking care of some of parents needs
    2) if I stopped my employee ESPP (employe stock purchase plan) my check now is more
    3) I have had a rent increace of $250 a month
Can I change these things in midstream since the first set of paperwork since I haven't filed yet?
I know this is long winded so,
    Thanks everyone

Until you file you have control over the paperwork...just call the paralegal on Tues. and let her have the new figures.
    Good luck!

Absolutely! The expenses you incur in caring for your mother are allowable. Here's the best resource I've found on the means test:
