Ok, so looks like I'm filing....just curious as to what kind of investigatory procedures the trustee (and or court) does when they look at your case. I'm sure they ask for paperwork such as paycheck stubs, etc.....do they actually check with your employer to verify wages, landlord to verify rent/address, etc.. to confirm the stuff you provided the trustee?
