bk judge hearing

Our mortgage company says we missed May/June payments,called our bk
lawyer he wanted our reciepts for at least a year.We gave them the reciepts,
our mortgage company held our May payment check for at least 3 weeks and have yet to send our June to the bank.I got a letter from the judge now we have a hearing this coming Wed on the matter.
Any advice??bob

I assume the hearing is for a Motion to lift the automatic stay filed by the mortgage company?????

You will want your attorney to see if the Mortgage company will agree to an adequate protection order.

Yes the mortagae company wants to lift a stay and we had a stipulation last
year to pay some extra and we did and I have all the receipts.My attorney
office is telling me there may not be a hearing.I dont understand why they did this anyway we made the payments however the check was held long after the due date???Thanks bob
