I am sure if you do a google search you will find copies of the schedules. Here is where the problem with entering the information yourself. In regards to Schedule J, which is your expenses, some of those are governed by the Trustee Guidelines. For instance, Inr regards to food, some districts allow $250 per person, others set it at $390 for a couple, $170 for each child over 15 and $140 for younger. Another is recreation, typically $35 fo $40 per each person; Laundry/Dry Cleaning $17 per person and the list goes on. My point is, without some guidance, your numbers may be way off.
