Still working on getting all my prep stuff done before filing. Just wanted to let those who are getting ready to do their pre-filing counseling that mine went really well. The man I talked to was very polite and professional and he agreed that bankruptcy was my best course of action.
Just a few more things to do before my lawyer can file the paperwork. It's not easy, but taking it one step at a time helps.
My shop will close this weekend, and then I can get my inventory valued--which is the last BIG piece of information that I need.
