For those of you who have been following our travails for the past few months, and know that we have an Adversarial Proceeding lodged against us: Our Status Conference is set for August 19, 2008. What is that? Further, how should we proceed?
We have two motions in to the Court for Dismissal that rally have not been answered to date. What should we do?
Please do not say 'hire attorney'--that is what we would do if we could. We are discharging our 'worthless-tit-on-boar' attorney on August 6, although she was really already gone because she had already done what we paid her to do, i.e., file papers--end of subject. We need to get her name off our paperwork as 'attorney of record' so that we can address the Trustee ourselves.
We have no more money for anything else.
