How do I know when my case will be dismissed? I did the 341 metting on june 9th 2008.

Dismissed? or discharged? Hopefully you won't be dismissed....if you mean discharged I would look at your notice of Bankruptcy filing. Look at the creditors last day for objections. You can also count 60 days after your 341...that is approx as I am at day 71Filed!!04/23/2008[X] 341 5/27/2008[X]

You will receive the discharge order in the mail. Technically, your case should be discharged 60 days after the 341 meeting, but that is simply not happening now-a-days. Discharge, for whatever reason, is taking about 80-100 days from the date of the 341 meeting.Comment
