06 Ford Fusion. The payment is almost too embarrassing to post. With gap insurance its $432.00. The lawyer said she can lower it for us. Not sure how much tho.

I did not read all the posts, but if you are still looking, consider purchasing a new Nissan. Right now, they are 40% off MSRP, I purchased a 2008 Nissan Quest on Saturday for $17100 + TTT. The MSRP sticker was $30095 (28600 + dealer add ons). They have Frontiers, Titans, Xterra's too, all 40% off or better if you are a good negotiator.
I met with the BK lawyer last Monday who suggested that I purchase a new vehicle before filing because my lease was about to end in January (I should be filing before the end of the year).
Anyway, because of this sale, my payment is $367/mo and I am not walking into a situation where I owe more than the car is worth.
