Any suggestions for successful Los Angeles based Bankruptcy lawyer?

I currently have a judgment/garnishment against my name stemming from a past credit card. Will the Bankruptcy absolve my judgment/garnishment among my other debts?

Finally decided to handle this after being served a summons from another creditor.
