Filed a 13 June 16th. Just for the heck of it I pulled one of my free credit reports to see how things looked at this point. All but one account that was in th bk shows either IIB or Chap 13 bk under the remarks. All show the balance which I thought I read on here should show 0. All but one under pay status says either "unrated" or "wage earner or similar plan". The odd one is Ford, while showing chap 13 bk, for pay status it is showing paid or paying as agreed its also showing a perfect payment history. Thank you Ford (for as long as they do it) don't know if it helps, but can't hurt.
Now my boat loan (doing a ride thru) is still showing as a satisfactory account paying as agreed and a perfect payment history. For what ever reason they have yet to file a claim though, so maybe they are just slow as to dealing with the bk, we'll see.
For the first time ever I went ahead and got my credit score (Trans union) 629 ouch. Haven't a clue what it was pre bk. What strikes me as odd though is in the summary it says my score is negativly affected because my real estate accounts don't show a credit amount, they all show paid (current mortgage is in wife's name). You'd think a paid off mortgage would be a good thing. So if I was single and had paid off my mortgage it would be working against me, that makes no sense to me. But I guess that's why they earn the big bucks and I'm bankrupt.
