How does this work? Is it a test you have to pass? On the site it says it is a 90-minute process. Also, after I "pass" this course, is there an expiration date on it, or can I use the results indefinitely?

I think thats the place I used, my Attorney gave me their address when I spoke with him. It was painless, took 10 minutes online, I read everything just for fun but it was all common sense stuff by now you most likely know. There was no test or anything at the end, just makes you call them on the phone to confirm you completed it. 1 minute later I had my certificate in my email and they faxed a copy directly to my Attorneys office just for the heck of it.

I think its good for 90 days! It makes you see how stupid the new law is on making you do this, it was cake. It really on generates easy money for these companies!

Just be certain that this site is included on the approved pre-filing and post-filing course lists for your state.

You can check that out here:
      Pre-filing - http://www.usdoj.gov/ust/eo/bapcpa/ccde/cc_approved.htm
      Post-filing, before discharge - http://www.usdoj.gov/ust/eo/bapcpa/ccde/de_approved.htm

There's nothing worse than paying for a course, then finding out you can't use it because your state doesn't have it on the approved list.
