I'm considering letting our house go. We did not sign any reaffirmation papers on mortgage or equity loan. It's looking like we have some drainage/plumbing issues in our basement. We don't have the funds to take care of it. So, we're considering walking away. It's also starting to look nice to just start out free and clear of any debt what so ever. I love my neighborhood! I would miss my pool and spa dearly! Such a huge decision!
