RevIke. I enjoyed your post albeit a bit long and I drift off about five inches into it. If you condense this a bit, it would be a great link for someone with a so called "guilty" conscience about BK. You know your stuff, just that attention spans are short in a lengthy post or Internet site. I mean this in all respect. 'HubIf I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.

Maybe if the government would do something about the blatant and prevalent usury in our country, there would be less need for bankruptcies. As soon as someone misses a payment, they jack up the interest to insurmountable rates. So, what do they think - if we can't pay it, how is an astronomical interest rate gonna help? They deserve what they get - these predator lenders.Last edited by PoorGrammyinBK7; 09-08-2008, 07:52 PM.Filed Ch 7 -- July 9, 2008
