Currently both unemployed have been for going on 2 yrs. The calls have started. If both unemployed I can see no real reason in jumping the gun on filing correct? Also theres been prob 50k advances over the duration from 2 yrs ago to keep afloat and was makin min pyments up till recentlty. I am wondering if the more time I can put between filing or not is best.

If you have been taking cash advances to live on, it is best to wait as long as possible. If unemployed for two years, how did you pay the CC minimum charges? i was pulling 10k advances or better at time and putting coin in bank and living off of and using it to pay the minimums on cards.Comment
