How do you list your tax debt on Sched F?

I owe lots of backtaxes both Federal and State. Since they are unsecured prioirty claims and therefore, they have to be included on Schedule F. How should I list them, an entry for each year, with the amount for each year, or just as a lump sum number for State and a lumpsum for Federal stating it was for tax years xxxx-2004?...

It might be better to list them individually because unless you know for sure, they may not all be priority claims and by listing them individually, they can be seperated out.
