It might be a stupid question, but when you sign up for PACER what credit card do you use, when your suppose to stop using them or do you just use your bank debit card. I was just thinking if the trustee was looking over your bank statements he could tell you have been thinking of going bankrupt because you have been using PACER. Thanks all Santa

I used my Debit card. I didn't even know what PACER was till after we filed. Our attorney was like having no attorney.

I just signed up using my debit mastercard. I hope this doesn't come back to haunt me. Still waiting for the password though. Mainly I want to browse for a good lawyer on there, if that makes any sense. Thanks Hub

I used my debit card and I did do a search on the attorneys I was interested in.

thanks Cali, but do you think the trustee looks at the bank statements and will question the timing of my BK.
