can you make too much money to be able to file for bankruptcy? i make about 54k and have almost 50k in unsecured debt. i have no assests other than my '02 silverado.

You can file bk regardless of how much you earn. The question is, which chapter do you qualify for. The only way to know for sure is fill out schedules I and J and see what sort of disposable income you have at the end of the month.Originally posted by freedom View PostComment
