Does anyone know if all creditors (even ones that I'm keeping [house & car]) are notified which debts are being discarged in Chapter 7? For example, if I have an upside down investment property that I am surrendering in BK, will my car lender and primary residence lender be able to see that I am surrendering the investment property and discharging the deficiency? Thanks.

Creditors don't receive a copy of your bankruptcy petition in the mail, but the petition is a matter of public record so anyone can access that information if they want to.
