    Need some Help! Bk

First of all Hello to all of you out there! and i feel like i would learn a lot from this site. I just got hired to a job that i don't know anything. Why they hire me? Because they figured I could learn it.
Well so far I learned about exhibit c and d and schedules A-J
As far as i know anyone has to take exhibit D (credit counseling before Filing) I also know it needs to have a credit report. The lady who does it at work feels uncomfy on teaching me due to the fact that she believe i may replace her job which is not true at all. I am there to take over when shes off, and to be able to do the same. But i let it go! i am there to learn and do the job i was asked thats all. Well so far i know that when a client comes i need to hear their story and tell them which Chapter applies to them and ofcourse they stil gotta take the means test. So far i have done the Ecf But i get confused still putting the right thing on the ecf. Never start taking a client on my own.
How should i proceed? Starting from the client walking in?
any advice/help will be greatly appreciated.
    thanks a bunch!

    1. interview the client. explain what Bk is about, let them know what chapter is best for them. let them know how much wil it cost, how long? requirements/ and positive and negative results and things they have to do.
    2. if they agreed and willing to do it. Take a questionaire. ( our own from the office) and use those info to fill up the petition.
Im not sure anymore from there. But i do know the meaning of exhibit C-d and schedules.
Im not sure if after getting the requirements form the client. Should i get a credit report? its really crazy! when are the 341 meeting will occur after taking credit counseling and filing the petition? where to file the petition at the given county of the client? then whats next? when is the trustee will come in the picture.Forgive me if its too long guys!

It would behoove you to go to nolo.com and purchase the C7 book, I'm not sure if they have a C13 book. The 7 is very good with all the forms in it and good explanations of the track you will travel in C7. You can download it in pdf form for about half the price of a printed copy. $17.00. Good luck on your new job challange. 'Hub
