    Wildcard?

I am a disabled woman that lives in CA ,currently trying to get a Lien Avoidance lifted. I am having a problem with creditor, that involves two different parties and only one of the parties are taking action in this claim. Claims I am only entitled to a "Wild CARD Exemption". What is a WILD CARD, and are they entitled to the FULL amount of the Judgement or just half being there is two parties and one is not pursuing? Also, being receive Social Security, do they have to prove that I am not disabled? (Another Claim being made)

    Confused in CA

How would they know you are on SS and NOT disabled???

Only a medical doctor can certify that, not a creditor.

I don't know about your wildcard exemption, but I find the SS claim absolutely ridiculous and really none of their business.

Thanks for the help, I honestly felt the same way! But always nice to hearing it from someone else!
