So the lawyer is trying his best for us to file for my parents by tomorrow since he is leaving for 3 weeks starting Monday, and he is really doing crunch time at least his secretaries are that is. They left off the pre bankruptcy counseling call until TODAY at Night like an hour before the place closed to tell us get that we need to get the course done today or we cant file tomm. And also said that they were missing a 2006 tax document which I totally gave them. Its so frustrating but he is trying to file asap so its good right? like why couldn't they tell us all this BEFORE not the NIGHT BEFORE wanting to file!
Also his secretaries who are doing most of the work and one started yelling at me when I asked that I needed a copy of my moms pay stub back at that moment she was like "why don't you trust us why don't you trust us, I haven't even ate dinner" because she didn't want to make the copy...like um excuse me she lost paystub copies we gave her before and then has asked for them and acted she has never received them. like hello we are not going to trust you that much UGH.
sorry had to vent. hopefully filing tomorrow wish us luck :-/
