    Question

I have a quick question I am hoping somebody will know the answer to instead of going through the hassle of contacting my husband's attorney. Here's what happened. I am remarried now, but I had filed bankruptcy going on six years ago, so I couldn't file again. Well...my current husband recently filed...and here's my question.
We had a loan on furniture through Wells Fargo. Honestly, I didn't think I had signed on that loan. Well, an 'Order Authorizing Redemption' was filed and it was ordered that upon payment of $XXX that Wells Fargo would release its security interest in the furniture. After the bankruptcy was discharged Wells Fargo called and I guess I had signed on loan. We even went down and looked, and I did. Well...I know this is probably a dumb question...but we can't afford the monthly payment. I hadn't planned it in when figuring budget after the bankruptcy and honestly, we don't have the extra $$ coming in in the month to pay this debt. But, are we still obligated to pay it? Or by this order going through is it considered settled? I've got to figure out something...they call at least, and I'm not joking, 10 times a day. They start early, about 8:15 and will call up until almost 10:00 at night. So...just wondering if anyone here knows what my options are?
    Thanks in advance!

I don't know the answer, but wanted to say--Wells Fargo has got to be one of the worst - they do call constantly from 8am to 10pm--I don't answer their calls at all, when they call at work (which they do at least 3 times a week) - I tell them don't call me at work and hang up. I can't wait until I file my papers
