Just curious about something. 
It certainly doesn't apply to me or most folks on this forum, but since there are limits to secured and unsecured debts you can have to qualify for a ch13 and since the new laws are forcing most people into a ch13, what to "wealthy" debtors do? I read an artical that they would have to file a chapter 11 which is usually for business reorganization. They may make too much money to qualify for a ch7 and owe too much to go into a ch13, but can't pay their bills on their own.
