    Pacer status....

Hello all!!! I decided to check Pacer today after being disappointed over a week ago by nothing being posted on Pacer about my BK-7. What I read was this: Trustee Report of No Distribution. I have been duly appointed trustee of this estate and report that I have neither received any property nor paid any money on account of this estate; that I have made diligent inquiry into the financial affairs of the debtor(s) and location of property belonging to the estate; and that there is no property for distribution from the estate over and above that exempted by law or that has been abandoned pursuant to the provisions of 11 USC 554 or 725. Pursuant to FRBP 5009, I hereby certify that this estate has been fully administered. I request that this report be approved and that I be discharged from any further duties as trustee.

So does this begin my waiting game??? I just want this to all be over. It seems like good news...........at least I hope. The status states that my case is 'awaiting closing'.

That is good news...you are on your way...now you play the waiting game. Typically it takes 60 days for your case to be discharged but I am sure you have read and heard the BK filings have increased dramatically so it may take longer than that. Regardless, you are off to a good start! Let us know how it is going...

Trustee has notified the court that you have no assets for him to take, and He's requesting that he be released from your case.....meaning after 60 days you'll get your DISCHARGE probably....no complications.

Now wait it out................your on your way down the last stretch..

          same pacer status

oddball - i have the same thing posted for me on Pacer. I am in NYC and I had my 341 meeting on 8/15 and on 8/17 whenI checked Pacer, the same thing you wrote was also posted on Pacer for me (I wrote a post on this forum about this on 8/17). The only difference is my stats diesnt say 'cloased'. SO I guess we just play the waiting game.
