So we met with and retained our atty in late Jan and planned on filing this month. DH was unemployed at the time. He has since started working and his gross income is about $600 more than his u/e benefits. I emailed each of his 1st 2 paystubs to our atty when DH got paid (3/15 and 3/31) and never heard back from him, so i fgured everything was fine. We made an appt last week for tonight to get the petition together adn this morning i get a vm from him saying "Oh i think he makes too much now to go C7" WTF?!?!?!?! I sent him the 1st paystub a month ago to make sure there wasn't a problem and we could add addt'l expenses if needed to make sure we could still go C7. I sent him a not so nice email regarding all of the un-responded to emails and asking why this wasn't addressed a month ago or even 2 weeks ago when he got the 2nd paystub. UGGGHHHHHH! Needless to say i wanted to sock him in the head when i heard the vm
