I'm writing this for two reasons, one to give confidence to the skeptical pro-se people out there that dont know if they should file on there own. And the second is just to get feedback from all the experienced pro-se filers out there or who ever wants to share thoughts. Well here go's i'm unemployed and hopefully should be landing a job withing next few weeks, and my income without a doubt is going to be less then all my expenses added up. Now i just got a 2003 toyota A FEW MONTHS BACK with financing so toyota already knows that i will be filing and told me i can still make payments on the car so that takes care of that problem. MY DEBT IS ALL CREDIT CARDS AND one personal loan. my biggest problem was contacting all the creditors getting all these addresses for the mailing matrix, other then that this really isnt as bad as a i thought. I dont own any real estate have just basics, tv, dvd, some clothes, nothing out of the ordinary. even if the trusetee questions some items on my bankstatements iv'e already found out that if you are a authorized user on someone elses credit card that it wont prevent the petition from going through, just as long as honest and explain to the trustee that you mother gae you the money to make the payment, not to bad huh.. i guess maybe certain people with homes and other things involved is much harder to file pro se, but in a situation like mine i am 100% confident that i will go fine, of course things could happen, but ill see what happens.
