    Ok I In Aboat That Like Hers I Had 3 Cash Advance Since Last One Was In July. But Totalof 6,000.but I Try To Make The Least Amount That I Can Afford Like 10- 25 Dollars Amonth Till I Can Go Bankrupty B/c Of A Situation I Waiting On I Having My Husb Truck Repo And I Have Someone Sueing Me And Not Sure How Long That Will Take. So What I Asking Is If I Pay 10- 25 Dollars Amonth Then I Need To Stop Doing This, I Cant Afford My Wages To Be Garnish B/c I The Only One Working B/c My Husband Dont Want To Work( Well Lost His Job ) But He Not Wont To Look And I Have 3 Kids To Try To Support.

    I would stop giving them the $10-25 a month because you can't afford to and I doubt that is enough to keep them from persuing a garnishment. However, in order for them to garnish your wages, they have to have you served with paperwork and a court date set, whereupon you would be allowed to show up and plead your case before the judge. That would buy you a few weeks. Chances are, depending on the type of place that loaned you the money, they'll probably hound you for a good month or two before they'll choose to take you to court. I would simply stop giving them anything and go ahead and file Ch. 7.
    REMEMBER- Don't forget to include the school, the board of education, and the school's insurance company as creditors on your Ch. 7!!!!! I wouldn't wait around to see if you win the suit about the broken water fountain at school. You mentioned that you can't afford a lawyer to represent your son on this issue. So just go ahead and file. With 3 kids and a husband not willing to work, I don't see it getting any better.
