    ?'s about Charges

    Hello
I have had excellent credit for over 6 years and I am filling Chapter 7. All of my debt is unsecured credit card debt. Does the trustee or the creditors ever review old credit card applications that were filled out 1 or 2 years ago to see if there are and discrepencies? Also do they ever review the charges? Balance Transfers? To what extent can they track and monitor all of this information? And will they ever try to use it against me the person who is filling chapter 7?

    :p

I don't believe the trustee would take the time to do such a thing, with all the numerous bankruptcies they have to sift through. I don't believe the creditors would do such either. They're just going to be concerned with whether they can recover anything that is secured debt. That should be all.
