    A question about my situation

Hello, I am new on here and considering filing chapter 7. I am going to start calling attorney's tommorrow. My question is this. I am still legally married although my wife and I have been separated for over 2 years, does her Income still count toward the income requirements for ch. 7? And my other question is about my vehicle, she co-signed for the loan when I bought the truck, but I have it and have always made the payments. If I surrender it as part of my bk will that mess up her credit as well? Thank you in advance

If you 2 don't live together, her income won't be considered.
A BK filing and surrender of the vehicle on your part means, payment reponsibility falls to her. If she fails to continue payments, her credit will be impacted along with possible legal action if the lender sues her over any deficency balance.
